Q I purchased Shiny Software, where is my serial code?
Right after the purchase, you should have been redirected to a page displaying the serial number. However, your serial number has also been emailed to you, so please try and check your mailbox.
If you do not receive our email in a few hours, try and check the following:
- Check out your spam or junk folder - the email may have ended up there.
- Require another email using the form below (it still may take a while).
- If all else fails, contact us using the form on the right.

Q What is your upgrade policy?
Minor updates to the version you purchased are completely free until the next major version becomes available. However, major updates (for instance 1.x to 2.x) require an upgrade fee.
Licenses are personal. Installing your license on multiple Macs is fine, as long as you are the only user of the license. For example, you are allowed to use one license on both your desktop and laptop, but not on all your friends' Macs.
